These magnetic blocks work well, easily sticking together with light magnetics. They resemble Minecraft blocks which is fun for kids who enjoy the game. This set comes with 100 pieces and I would recommend getting an extra set or 2 because I think you may be slightly limited in what you can build with only 100 pcs. I am not sure you can recreate the build on the front cover with the pieces provided (for example it uses more stone blocks and water blocks than are available)

This is a great present for kids that plays Minecraft or like construction building toys. The design is beautiful and easy for the kids to play with, but also clean up!!

This review is for the Wanplay Magnetic Blocks, 100PCS Magnetic Building Blocks for Kids, Build Mine Magnet World Set STEM Montessori Sensory Cubes for Toddlers, Magnetic Birthday Gift Toys for Aged 3-12 Boys & Girls. I got this for my adult tech kid who grew up loving Legos. So far they are happy with the set. They mentioned the magnets are strong enough for the intended audience. If it was geared towards adults the magnets would need to be stronger. If you are going to get them, get a bag for storage, don't rely on the box to hold them. They have a distinctive rattle to them. When you're playing with them, it's soothing. If you're babysitting, it will annoy you. The magnets in this set feel slightly stronger than a similar toy from a different company. The magnets do need to be lined up correctly to achieve the best connection. The blocks feel sturdy and can stand up to rough child play. For the intended target audience of a child, 5 star, for an adult, 4 star. These sooth the ADHD.

This is a great little gift for your kids if they love minecraft. Mine are all the time playing some new level or world or whatever they call them. This little kit helps them think of and make things that they want, I feel that for them to be able to build their "Mansion" that you would need a couple of kits, but they will still stay occupied with this kit and enjoy it for hours.
