It may look odd, but this is a very comfortable pillow. It holds my head and neck at just the right height. The fabric is very soft. I love that it has places for my arms. I was concerned about the hard plastic button at the center, but when laying on it, I didn't feel the button at all. When I unpacked it, I didn't notice any chemical smell at all. It didn't take very long at all to decompress fully. I'll be recommending this pillow for any of my friends who complain of neck problems.

My neck has been stiff a lot lately so I decided to try this pillow out - it takes getting used to, but really I do sleep very well with it! I won't say my neck pain is gone but it's definitely better. I also haven't quite figured out pillow cases with it, but that's not a big deal to me personally.

The Hansleep Adjustable Cervical Pillow provides great support for various sleeping positions, especially for side and back sleepers. The memory foam contours well to the neck, and the breathable pillowcase adds extra comfort.

I had gotten a recommendation to use a cervical pillow for sleep to be able to cradle my arms around and also be able to turn over, as I tend to toss and turn a lot when sleeping. This pillow came in a vacuum sealed package and I had to leave it out for a day before using so it could reform to its shape. Tossing it in the dryer on low helped fluff the pillow. While it was great for sleeping on my stomach and side, I found that the pillow was too firm for me, but that is up to personal choice. Overall this was a great pillow that I would recommend to side sleepers.

The pillow is pretty weird looking but it actually feels great when I sleep in my normal flat position. Some review said it was small but I found it actually fit pretty well in my king size bed. The quality is good, altho there is a button like thing in the middle but fortunately it didn't really bother me when I sleep. I feel I maybe little too low initially when I am doing side sleeping, but I found that it was probably due to my bed was a super firm. We just got a 3 inch topper, will see how it will fit with the pillow.
