I liked the size and softness of this pillow and the fact that you can remove a layer from the back of the pillow. It is also nice that you can take the cover off the pillow and wash it. Unlike some cervical pillows, it is easy to put the cover back on and secure the snap in place. I found a separate cover that also fits this pillow well. I have back problems that affect my neck, so I need some sleeping support. My problem with this pillow is that it works best when you are sleeping on your back. I might start out that way at night, but always want to turn over to my side. When that happens, I wake up because then the pillow is not as comfortable. If you stay on your back all night, this is a good one to have.

I was looking for something for neck support and this does that job. Its better for back sleeping than side sleeping for me. It came rolled up and compact. It took 2 days to inflate after being out of the bag. Once inflated it still looks kind of flat in the pillow case, but that doe snot affect function. I washed the cover out of the box and found there to be no smells or anything unpleasant here. Overall just a good pillow if you mostly sleep on your back. I twist and turn a bit so ultimately just keep it by the bed for naps which I often do just back sleep.

I ordered this pillow specifically for the arm "wings", but I don't find them beneficial. They're not a problem, but this pillow doesn't seem any better than a similar one without the wings. I would like it to be a little firmer. It compresses while sleeping. With that said, the different corners are different thicknesses, so you can rotate the pillow for various positions and get the support you need to be able to sleep. I sleep better on this style pillow than any other, and carry this one on road trips.

Its compact size makes it versatile—you can use it on a loveseat or in bed without taking up too much space. It’s thicker than most pillows I’ve tried, offering the right balance of softness and firmness where needed. While I can't speak to how well it works for stomach sleepers, it’s great for back and side sleepers. If you prefer a slightly firmer pillow, this one is worth the money. I give it 4 stars all day, every day.
