This pillow comes compressed and it takes about an hour and a half to fully decompress. The included pictures show it in the process of decompressing. After decompressing it looks exactly like pictured, so I didn’t include the picture. This is easily the most comfortable pillow with neck support I have used. I tend to have neck pain and I have been on the lookout for a pillow that properly supports my neck. I have tried many and this one if the first one that does exactly what I needed. I had a great night sleep in comfort and my neck feels great. Highly recommended!

Oh how I had anticipated the arrival of this pillow. For my aching neck. I opened the shipping box and as I was freeing the pillow from its wrapping constraints, my wife materialized from out of nowhere with a big smile on her face, deftly plucked the pillow from my grasp, clutched it to her bosom and said, “Why thank you, Dear. This is so considerate of you!” Yep, wives are wonderful, frequently clairvoyant, and mine loves this pillow. Easily 5 stars. Five big gold stars.

This pillow is very comfortable! It’s advertised as a back sleeper pillow and I was wondering how it would feel for me as a side sleeper. It is so comfortable both ways. The neck part is sloping ensuring I don’t wake up stiff or uncomfortable. The elevation is great and the firmness is good too since I don’t like soft pillows. I have to get my husband one now because he’s jealous!
