I’ve been using a different pillow for a long time which I thought I loved but kept waking up with a stiff neck and shoulders. Instead of going out and buying a new bed, I figured I’d try a new pillow first. After searching a while, this one seemed to have good reviews. I received it quick and tried it right away. Day 1, I felt a difference. I sleep in all directions and was concerned it wouldn’t be tall enough for side sleeping, but it surprisingly works really well. I have to turn it slightly for stomach sleeping but still does the job. It’s comfortable and I am much more relaxed in the morning and notice less headaches overall.

I have become a fan of this type of pillow. This one is just the right height for me (a side sleeper). It seems very well made and provides a lot of support. Time will tell how long it will last but my first few nights of sleeping on it have been good.

At first, I thought this is an odd shape for a pillow, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pillow is perfect! It takes some getting used to but overall once you do, it lessens your neck and shoulder discomfort during sleep.
