(I did purchase this pack as explained in the last sentence, but it was not the first set we opened. I did this review for the lava set, but we have the same opinion of each set) My son is young. He loves minecraft but can't navigate a computer too well. This was amazing for him. For my child, these blocks are mixed with a large assortment of Legos, hot wheels cars, other magnetic squares, etc and he's building really cool houses, race tracks, and buildings with them. The quality is amazing and the way they can make ledges or shelves is very impressive. Notice the handles on the sword. The bottom is the sword is ONLY held up by ONE block and its shoved in a hole dimond like instead of flat. Amazing how the blocks can be so light weight but also sturdy and hold together pretty firm. However, I will say if I were just purchasing this to use by itself, I would have been a little disappointed. I feel the suggested scenes that come with each pack should be able to be built with what is in that pack only. I would have needed 2-3 of this pack to build the suggested scenes you see on picture 2 and 3. I was able to purchase 3 different sets (this one, a winter one, and a greenery one) however
