Great for neck pain, no smell either. I have neck pain and upper back pain, this pillow cradles your head and does not put pressure on your neck. It was suggested my by chiropractor and after a few days now, I have much less pain and sleep through the night. Bonus, no weird smells when opening the package from the memory foam.

it is so incredibly comfortable for the back and side that it makes me no longer want to sleep on my stomach, which is bad for you anyways. I take this with me whenever I sleep away from home. I immediately bought a second for my 20 year old side sleeping son. He is as hooked as I am. I have had neck pain for years and tried numerous pillows. I was always trying to adjust them during the night to fill the gap at my neck and shoulders. This one is perfectly molded and I haven’t had any neck pain in the morning since. I have never been a back sleeper but that’s now my preferred position because I am so comfortable. The arm grooves are kind of a joke but the rest is amazing.
