I’ve had issues with my neck for months and the very next day I felt improvement! I have bought a few pillows but this one really helped keeping my neck aligned. When laying down on it especially on my back my neck doesn’t hurt at all. The only thing I would say is if you like to put your arms under your pillow and scrunch it up you won’t be able to do that. But I’ll take no pain over that. lol. I bought my husband one after I tried it and he loves it too.
