I want to say I didn't think it would helpmell me. My cervical pillow is "fantastic" I sleep through the night. I don't overheat because of it's soft cool fabric. I have a better appetite and my neck doesn't hurt as much. When I wake up. I'm definitely gonna invest in another.

One night with this pillow and my sleep was amazing! No aches or neck pain, and comfortable in any position. So far so good. Packaging was a bit weird and took awhile to flatten out properly but all in all good quality pillow!
