It was tough getting used to sleeping on this pillow which took me two weeks. It is very soft and stiff but after a month pain reduce my migraine to one episode a month. I tried to go back to my regular pillow becauae missed the snuggle part. I always end up switching back to this pillow in the middle of the night because of the big benefits in the morning make a BIG DIFFENECE. I would recommend everyone give it a try minimum two weeks. You will see the results of this pillow measured in your health.

My husband bought this for me because I’m an insomniac. I thought it was a little weird at first, but I do tend to sleep better when I use this pillow. It has to lay flat on the bed though. No other pillows or anything under it. When it is elevated, I wake up with neck problems. When it’s flat, it cradles my head well and I sleep well. It’s great for us side sleepers. It’s a great balance of soft but firm too.
