This pillow has helped the pain in my neck and shoulders go away. It's comfortable to sleep on both side sleeping and back sleeping positions.

The pillow shapes very well to my neck since I tend to be a back and slide sleeper at times but I found it to be a bit softer than I wanted it to be. I wanted it to he a bit more firm. There is a smell to it and I'm a bit sensitive to smell where my allergies begin to kick in so I really had to use one of my other pillow cases to help it then it wasn't too much of a problem. The size of it is pretty good and night be just a very slightly bit bigger than my boyfriends pillow. It is pretty comfortable so that is a plus for sure but it does take a bit of getting used to. So far so good though. My neck doesn't feel as still or misaligned like I normally feel with other pillows. So yes, it does the job!
