Very pleasantly surprided! I have issues with my neck curve and bulging discs. My regular pillow seemed comfortable but I was waking up every morning with neck pain and a headache. Figured I'd give this a shot but wasn't really expecting much or to even like it at all because usually foam feels hard after sleeping on it in morning. This pillow is very soft and doesn't feel heavy or stiff. I stopped waking up every morning with headache. My ears don't hurt in middle of night because they got schmushed as they sometimes did. This actually feels like a cloud should and supports my side sleeping perfectly. Very happy I tried this and price is reasonable.

If you've had contoured pillows before it's very good, if first time, it's likely better but give it a few days.

I always have issues finding pillows that support my neck so I got this one that is specifically for that. Recently I’ve been waking up with a stiff neck, and after using this for about a week I’ve noticed I haven’t been waking up with the same stiffness. It has great support and it has almost a cooling effect as well which is nice. It’s a little bit weird to sleep on your side with it but you get used to it. The thickness is perfect and it’s not too soft like a lot of memory foam pillows that flatten as you sleep on it. Some people commented on the smell but I didn’t notice any weird smell. When you first open it give it some time to fully puff up as well before you decide if you like the thickness.
